Huge following expected, but many are too lazy to even indicate they will be attending event… at home.

The laziest initiative… no, I mean, latest initiative by anonymous organisers to rouse Singaporeans into slumber has succeeded beyond imagination.

SlobWalk Singapore, started by organisers who are known only as Every Day Party, is planning an extended lie down from now until Dec. 31 at 11.30 p.m., an arbitrarily set time because they are too lazy to come up with a meaningful one.

According to SlobWalk Singapore’s mission statement, they are a movement that is against any kind of forced labour and compulsory physical movement.

The aim is for protesters to stay home. And lie down.

At press time, about 31 people have already indicated that they are going…

…to stay at home.

Another three have indicated that they “maybe” going…

…because they are too lazy to even make up their minds.

An additional 11 people have not responded, presumably because they are too lazy to even contemplate the notion of using Facebook.

Organisers have not been contacted for this report as all staffers at New Nation are also too lazy to do it.
