A man who did not give up his seat on the MRT train and had his photo taken and posted online said he refused to budge because he was tired from work and had a heart condition.

He was found out to be a PAP supporter after his profile was disseminated on social media by online sleuths.

He also defended his inaction by saying that what has happened to him is tantamount to cyber-bullying.

sian-half-auntie “I finally get to see the face of one of those from the 70 percent.”
Kua Teo Bin, 43-year-old camera lens maker

sian-half-uncle “Supports PAP? No wonder his sense of entitlement is so strong.”
Xing Tong Tang, 63-year-old exercise guru

happy-bird-girl “This just shows that MRT seats are the cause of social tension and, therefore, all seats must be removed.”
Zuo Xia Lai, 17-year-old chair assembler
