S’poreans to Josephine Teo: ‘Politician is politician, however fancy the marketing’

Posted on 15 May 2017

All the same.

Singaporeans from all walks of life, who can get to the essence of any argument, have issued a rebuttal.

This after they told Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office Josephine Teo: “Politician is politician, however fancy the marketing.”

One Singaporean parent, Fu Mu Qing, said: “Not sure why are taxpayers paying so much for politicians when they are all the same once you stripped them off their exterior.”

“It’s all just fancy on the outside.”

“Just get the cheapest.”

Other locals said this is a good time for politicians to reflect.

Another local, Xiu Kua Mai, said: “It is seldom you find politicians so reflective. This is a good chance for politicians to think about what is said and how it applies to themselves.”
