10 out of 10 in poll say it’s ok to burn Straits Times

Posted on 12 October 2013

ST poll backfires big time.

In a bid to attract more eyeballs, The Straits Times has come up with a poll called “The Straits Times STand-off”.

However, it has fallen flat on its face big time.

This after they posed a question, “Is it ok to burn PSLE assessment books?”, only to receive responses that say it is ok to burn Straits Times.

Sio Kim Zhuar, a local said: “Straits Times really damn fail. First, they report on this PSLE assessment book and homework burning story, they never mention it was organised by their own SPH colleague Arnold Gay.”

“Then now ask people if burning homework is ok, people tell them go burn Straits Times better. This is damn fail, seriously.”
