World runs out of grey cloth after Serina Wee spotted wearing grey dress to court

Posted on 30 August 2013

Mad rush to buy grey clothing forces more children into China sweat shops as production ramped up to meet demand.

A worldwide shortage in grey cloth has occurred after Serina Wee, The Goddess of Nectar and All Things Divine, showed up in court in a grey dress this week.

This set this summer’s fashion trend, where women of all ages have rushed out to buy grey dresses to try to ape her style and signature look.

This caused a shortage of grey cloth as everything from grey blouses to skirts have been bought up to try to alter them at the tailor to look like a dress.

Spokespersons from Zara, Uniqlo and the even the godawful Giordano have issued press releases today to say that all grey dresses, skirts and blouses are all currently out of stock.

Chuan Xing Yi, a spokesperson for OshKosh B’Gosh said: “Please leave the children’s line of grey clothes alone, please…”

To meet worldwide demand for grey cloth, more than 100,000 children will enter the labour market in China to work in sweatshops.

Oxford Dictionary has also confirmed that they are adding the new word “serinawee” into its list of new words this year.

To serinawee something is to buy it until it runs out of stock.
