Renowned Singaporean author Lee Kuan Yew has graduated top of Hogwarts — but not after helping his house Gryffindor to 4,000 points in his final year.

His graduation from the school of Witchcraft and Wizardry was not surprising as he was always known not to be a muggle like almost all of his countrymen.

Lee Kuan Yew is famous for having used his magic to outlive the Japanese Occupation, attain double First Class Honours from Cambridge in Law, wrestle independence from the British, defeat the Communists and learn Mandarin when he was already 30 years old after spending a lifetime eating potatoes.

He has never lost Tanjong Pagar GRC and his good genes can be found in his son Lee Hsien Loong, who is the current prime minister of Singapore.

Lee Kuan Yew has also sold more books than the True Singapore Ghost Stories franchise, and recently, is thought to be in possession of the elixir, which renders him immortal.

Singaporeans from all walks of life heartily congratulate his Hogwarts achievement.

One Singaporean said: “My greatest achievement is Candy Crush Level 69.”
