Super rich Singaporeans feel humiliated.

A prized Black Hello Kitty plush toy from McDonald’s has been sold on ebay for $126,000.

The auction closed at 11.09 a.m. today after receiving 125 bids.

This limited edition Black Hello Kitty is particularly prized as queues for it began overnight at 9 p.m. and was sold out two seconds into midnight when sales were officially open.

Angry McDonald’s customers who could not get their hands on the plush toy started to get angsty, with some calling the police to settle queue disputes.

Jin Juay Lui, a wealthy Singaporean, said: “I feel so embarrassed. I don’t care. I must pay $10,000 for a plate of char kway teow later.”
