Paedophile Water Wally released from prison to remind S’poreans to save water

Posted on 08 March 2017

He will watch Singaporeans shower again.

Water Wally, the Pubic Utilities Board’s onion-shaped mascot that stalks children and frequently watches them bathe, has been released from prison after he was charged with 3,890 counts of paedophilia and served four years in jail.

This after Singapore needs a mascot to remind Singaporeans to save water in view of a 30 percent increase in water prices soon, where water is a strategic national resource with existential properties.

Singaporeans from all walks of life, who cannot stand perverts, are aghast.

One Singaporean, Zhen Bian Tai, said: “I cannot believe they let Water Wally out of prison already.”

“He was accused of observing his victims who were children and making them dance before him while they are wet and naked in the shower to satisfy his perverse nature.”

“His actions are tantamount to sexual grooming as he also teaches his young victims how to touch their bodies when wet and soapy.”

“I still remember the public prosecutors were seeking the death penalty by boiling.”

In 2013, police tracked Water Wally’s movements for a year and found video evidence that provide incontrovertible proof that the mascot had been peeping at both boys and girls, some as young as a few months old.
