Looks almost real.

Singaporeans from all walks of life, who like to buy things from Taobao and can recognise real from fake, are looking curiously at the first Terrex returned to Singapore by China.

This after the Terrex returned to Singapore looks suspiciously pirated although there is some resemblance to the real deal.

One Singaporean, Cha Bu Duo, said: “From a distance, I would have mistaken ‘Terex’ for ‘Terrex’.”

“The colour is a bit off from the original, the shape is also a bit wonky, but it has four wheels.”

“So, I think it is quite real, but a bit of a knock-off.”

“It will do.”

Other locals said they are willing to settle for this vehicle, but not without any conditions.

Another local, Xie Zuo Wen, said: “I would leave a review informing future buyers to beware of this seller as the quality offered initially was not ultimately fulfilled.”

“I will give this a three out of five stars review.”

“It would have been better if it was green.”
