Troll bait ST forum letter achieves 12.8K Facebook shares and counting

ST potentially eyeing a lucrative cottage industry of troll bait forum letters to be milked for pageviews.

The troll bait letter by one Larry Quah Chai Koon yesterday about how the government should remove a pebble from the ground that caused him to trip has received more than 12.8K Facebook shares.

The Straits Times is potentially eyeing a lucrative industry of serious pageview numbers.

However, one might even be led to believe that ST publishes stupid-beyond-belief troll bait letters from time to time just to achieve pageview targets.

If you recall, the last time such a troll bait letter appeared in the forum page was when a letter writer wrote in to insinuate that Workers’ Party’s Pritam Singh is Chinese.

Anyways, the best part?

The new comments that are coming in to troll yesterday’s troll bait letter are still damn funny!
